Saferta provides online educational services in the field of occupational health and safety (OHS), fire safety, driver training and first aid through the platform available at www.saferta.sk.

1.3 Definitions

• Platform – the Saferta web application available at www.saferta.sk
• Customer – a natural or legal person using the platform
• Course – an educational program concluded with a test
• Certificate – a document certifying completion of a course

2.1 Registration

Registration on the platform is required to use the services. The following information must be provided during registration:

• Full name (company name)
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company ID (for businesses)

2.2 User Responsibility

• Providing correct and up-to-date information
• Keeping login credentials secure
• Immediately reporting account misuse
• Complying with these terms

2.3 Account Termination

An account may be terminated by the user or by the operator in case of a breach of these terms. Issued certificates remain valid even after account termination.

3.1 Course Offering

Saferta offers the following types of courses:

• OHS training – 15 EUR
• Fire Safety training – 12 EUR
• Company vehicle drivers – 18 EUR
• First aid – 20 EUR
• Value bundles – from 22 EUR

3.2 Course Registration

• Registration is binding after payment of the fee
• A course takes an average of 25-40 minutes and is conducted online
• Access to the course is granted immediately after payment
• Progress is saved automatically

3.3 Testing

3.4 Certificates

• A certificate is issued immediately after successful completion of the test
• A PDF version is available in the account and sent via email
• The certificate contains a QR code for validity verification
• Certificate validity: 2 years

4.1 Prices and Payments

• Prices are listed in euros excluding VAT
• 20% VAT is added at the time of payment
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• Supported payment methods: credit/debit cards, bank transfer
• Payment is required before starting the course

4.2 Invoice

An invoice is automatically generated and sent via email after successful payment. Businesses can provide their company details during registration.

4.3 Refunds

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Saferta is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the platform, internet connection outages, or other technical problems on the user's side.

6.3 Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, you may contact the Slovak Trade Inspection or use the online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7.1 Amendments to Terms

Saferta reserves the right to amend these terms. Users will be notified of any changes by email and on the website at least 30 days in advance.

7.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. The District Court in Bratislava shall have jurisdiction.

7.3 Validity

If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
